Warranty
Factory Express guarantees its Headlamps to be of satisfactory quality and service. Any headlamps deemed to be unsatisfactory in quality may be returned for replacement.
All Headlights come with a 60 day warranty from defectivness. Damages incured due to improper installation void all warranties.
Credit will NOT be issued on warranty headlights that are replaced by any other vendor. Factory Express Auto Parts is not responsible for any labor charges.
Return Policy
No returns after 30 days from date of invoice. All returns must be approved by Factory Express Auto Parts and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
No refunds or Returns on incorrectly ordered Parts.
